FREQUENTLY ASKED
When are points credited to my account?
Points are automatically credited once your order status changes to "Confirmed" or "Processing." You will see the updated balance in your Account → Loyalty Club tab.
Do my points expire?
Points do not expire as long as your account remains active. Accounts with no activity for more than 24 consecutive months may have points reset.
How do I move up to the next tier?
Your tier is calculated in real time based on your total accumulated loyalty points. The moment you cross a threshold, your tier and its benefits are upgraded instantly.
Can my tier ever be downgraded?
Tier level is based on lifetime accumulated points — it never goes down. Once you reach Gold, you stay Gold forever regardless of future spending.
Can I transfer or gift my points to another account?
Points are non-transferable and tied to the account that earned them. They cannot be gifted, sold, or shared.
How are discount coupons issued?
Tier discounts (10–20%) are applied automatically at checkout when you are logged in. No coupon code is needed — the discount is seamless.
